A General Election will be held on 4th July 2024. Polling Stations will be open from 7am until 10pm.
The Wrekin Constituency.
Due to boundary changes, some people may vote in a different constituency or area for this election - please make sure you check your poll card thoroughly.
You must be registered to be able to vote in the election. The deadline for registering is midnight on 18th June - to register go to GOV.UK website.
To vote at any polling station you must take an accepted form of photo ID to the polling station with you. If you do not have any ID that is acceptable, you can apply for a Voter Authority Certificate (VAC) - the deadline to apply for a VAC is 5pm on 26th June - act now, do not leave this too late.
You can apply for a postal vote up until 5pm on 19th June. You will need to visit the Electoral Commission Website. The deadline to apply for a proxy or proxy postal vote is 5pm on 26th June - also visit the Electoral Commission Website for this.
